Visit China

People of non-Chinese nationality need a Chinese Visa to enter China. To successfully apply for a Chinese Visa, you need to provide a valid passport, filled application form, and photos in person or through a third person. The process usually takes 5-7 working days. In some cases, our statement is not a necessity but if required, TravelChinaGuide.com will be delightful to provide you an official invitation letter, which shows we are the agent arranging your Chinese tours for you. Our suggestion is not to apply for your tourist visa too early. The earliest time you should consider is 3 months before your trip starts, as 3 month is the duration of a tourist visa. If you apply too early, your visa will be invalid before you enter China. For example, if your trip starts on Oct 10 and your visa is granted on Jun 2, then by Sep 02 your visa will have expired.

I wanted to thank you and to say i'm sorry we didn't stop by your office to visit. Guilin and Yangshuo were very interesting to see (if a little cold) and Ken was an excellent guide. I do intend to return during a late harvest/autumn time and might even prefer to do some backpacking through the area (after improving my mandarin skills!) the evening performances were beautifully done (I still think about the brother we heard "C" it was very effecting)

We are now back home after a wonderful holiday in China. The cruise was very enjoyable. I think it would have been much more spectacular before the water level was raised, but it was still great and going through the locks was very interesting. It was raining or cloudy during most of the cruise so our photos are rather mist shrouded, however I have attached two I took in Fengdu - the Ghost city.

Our guide in Yichang was very helpful. He managed to book us a hotel and get us on a bus to Wuhan in good time, as well as taking us to a very good restaurant for lunch. We did not realise how difficult travelling on our own would be in China. On our next trip we will make much more use of tours. That will be a few years away though! Thanks for organising our tour Cheryl.
